• National transport and international transport: AVC / CMR. The General Transport Conditions 2002, filed with the registry of the District Courts in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
• Storage and transshipment: Logistics Service Conditions (LSV), filed by TLN and FENEX on February 1, 2014.
• Payments: In addition to the above conditions, payments are subject to the Transport and Logistics Netherlands general payment conditions, filed with the registry of the District Court in The Hague on October 1, 1993, deed number 238.
