Van Dooren Transport APP
With the Van Dooren Transport APP, customers and loading/unloading partners can easily arrange and track their shipments free of charge. The APP has been specially developed for our services and establishes a direct LIVE link between our Transport Management System (TMS) and your smartphone, tablet, or desktop.
Track & Trace
Track & Trace allows you to follow your shipments in real time. After logging in, you will see an overview of incoming and outgoing shipments, sorted by loading date. Each shipment has a status color, so you can immediately see whether an order is en route, at the depot, has been delivered, or is still open in our system.
Download the APP
You can download the app for free from the App Store or Google Play Store. Search for: Van Dooren Transport. After downloading, please contact us so we can activate your account.
Do you primarily work at the office behind a computer?
Then you can simply use the application on your desktop, PC, or laptop.

Digital signing of shipments
With the app, you can not only register and track shipments, but also sign them digitally – quickly, securely, and contactlessly.
When you enter a shipment, your signature is automatically added. The driver then signs on their own smartphone using the Van Dooren Driver app. Your customer can sign for the shipment on the driver's device or on their own device if our app is also installed on it.
This digital method makes it possible to handle shipments completely contactless, without paperwork and with immediate confirmation for all parties involved.
Once all parties have signed, the digital CMR is automatically linked to the shipment. You can find this CMR directly in the order overview in the APP, so you always have insight into the status and documentation of your shipment.
Automatic connection to your own system
Would you prefer to transfer shipments automatically instead of entering them manually via the Van Dooren Transport app? That's possible!
We offer the option of creating a direct link between your system and our Transport Management System (TMS) via a REST API. This allows shipments to be processed automatically, without any additional steps. Want to know more? Please contact us.
