Van Dooren Transport & Forwarding is once again the proud sponsor of the Dutch Lily Judging Championships in 2018. It's a great battle for the title of 'Best Lily Judge 2018'. An expert jury judges a number of vases of lilies.

   

By completing the entry forms, participants in the judging process attempt to match the jury's assessment as closely as possible. The lilies are judged on: stem, leaf, flower, bud, and overall condition.

5 competitions

Five competitions are held annually. The dates for 2018 are: Wednesday, May 16, May 23, May 30, June 6, and June 13, 2018.

Location

BolleNoord Agricultural Business Center, Groteweg 9, 't Zand.

Top rankings

The top 15 participants from the previous year are selected based on the top rankings.

Prizes

  • Every week, a cake is awarded to the best overall score and the best senior. Film vouchers are available for juniors. Each participant can win once.
  • During the awards ceremony, cash prizes will be awarded to the participants with the highest score over four weeks (one week is a reserve). Gifts will also be raffled off among juniors (who have participated at least four times).

The professional jury consists of Johan Duijn, Ed Vink, Frans van Lierop, and Robert van der Hulst.

Kilometer charge Netherlands 2026
