National plant transport
We transport plants from nurseries to auctions and export trading companies. Our clients are mainly trading companies, plant growers, and breeders. In addition to direct trade between growers and trading companies, we drive daily to and from the well-known auctions in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk, Rijnsburg, Eelde, and Rhein-Maas (Germany).
International plant transport
Van Dooren Transport specializes in the international transport of plants. One area of expertise within plant transport is the “sensitive” transport of young plants. These plants are temperature-sensitive, but care is also needed when loading and unloading the often delicate cuttings. We are well aware that our drivers are also your calling card. That is why we expect our Dutch drivers to be customer-friendly and professionally competent. Because our climate-controlled trucks are equipped with tail lifts, our drivers can often manage on their own at your customer's location.
E-Commerce / Mail Order
Throughout our history, we have driven for many large mail order companies specializing in indoor and outdoor plants. In recent years, our customers have seen the market shift from mail order to e-commerce. It is no easy task to deliver living products very quickly and in good condition throughout Europe. Because we provide transport for various major players in this market, we can make many combinations and therefore ‘switch gears’ quickly.
Plant promotions
Van Dooren Transport excels in delivering plant promotions to supermarkets, hardware stores, and garden centers, primarily in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
