Last Friday, I showed you the cross-dock planning from the outside. Naturally, you wondered, "What actually happens inside?"... Of course, you won't have to wait long for the answer. A 12-hour time-lapse of flower bulb and packaging logistics at Van Dooren Transport Hillegom (Hall 2). From an empty, neatly swept hall to a hall full of grouped batches of flower bulbs from all corners of the world, to a hall full of packaging for our customers from all corners of the world. And finally, the hall is 'as good as' empty with the bulbs 'on the wind'... Of course, we pay tribute to 'our boys' on the truck and in logistics!
