Our strategy
Our sustainability strategy follows four routes. Along these routes, we are taking steps to reduce our negative impact as a transport company and increase our positive contribution as an employer and chain partner.
Route 1 – Employees
The most important asset in our organization is our employees. Without our employees, who work hard every day for our customers and for each other, we would not be where we are today. Our people are the foundation of a strong organization. Our fossil fuel-based transport causes CO₂ emissions. As road users, we also bear responsibility for road safety. We want to actively reduce this negative impact on the environment and society. We do this by significantly reducing our emissions and by continuously improving safety – both for our drivers and for other road users.

We are a committed and reliable partner. That is why we continuously invest in strong and long-lasting relationships with our customers, suppliers, and chain parties – whether they are large or small. Route 4 – Logistics
At Van Dooren Logistics, our people and our planet are our top priority. We want everyone in our warehouses to be able to work safely, healthily, and enjoyably. That is why we provide a clean, organized, and safe working environment. At the same time, we are strongly committed to sustainability. We reduce our CO₂ emissions by generating sustainable energy and working with fuels that cause fewer emissions. In this way, we are working together to build a future-proof logistics chain.
