The most important asset in our organization is our employees. Without our employees, who work hard every day for our customers and for each other, we would not be where we are today. Our people are the foundation of a strong organization. We therefore believe it is important that our employees feel at home, feel safe, enjoy their work, and work together with their colleagues to build a healthy future.
Our ambition:
In the coming years, we want to continue investing in strong, personal connections within our team. Short lines of communication and a warm family atmosphere form the basis of our organization, and we want to emphatically maintain and further strengthen this.
We will therefore continue to actively invest in our employees. We do this by organizing company outings, barbecues, and various on-site activities that contribute to enjoyment, engagement, and close cooperation. Our own staff association plays a major role in this by regularly organizing initiatives that promote team spirit.
