TLN | Proposal for retrofitting digital tachographs unacceptable
In the fight against violations and abuse in road transport, the European Commission (EC) wants to introduce a new, "upgraded" digital tachograph. With this tachograph, it will be possible in the future to remotely read data from the tachograph while the vehicle is in motion.

Tractors must have license plates
Tractors in the Netherlands will be required to have a license plate. Yesterday, a majority in the House of Representatives approved the PvdA's proposal to require all tractors in the Netherlands to have a license plate. This is an important success for Transport and Logistics Netherlands (TLN).
