A delightful initiative from the Noordoostpolder. Tulip date with a tulip farmer. The seven farmers participating in the Tulip Date in the Noordoostpolder are proving popular. According to the organization assisting the farmers in finding dates, approximately 70 letters have already been received. Women interested in a date with one of the farmers can send a letter until Tuesday.

Agricultural contractor K.J.E van der Slot from Noordwijkerhout has recently started using a tractor bumper at the front of its tractor. Thanks to this special bumper, Van der Slot is making an active contribution to road safety in the Bollenstreek region. The tractor bumpers are equipped with contour lighting, reflectors, and clear width markings. This allows other road users to recognize tractors more quickly in traffic and thus better anticipate wider vehicles.
